adequate seaside stay

amazing location tasty breakfast high noise tired hotel
the location of the hotel is amazing , directly by the seaside. i enjoyed the proximity to both the seafront and the town centre. the breakfast was complete and tasty .
the noise levels were high , especially at night. drunken people outside kept me awake , the sound insulation was not good. i found the hotel itself somewhat tired , it seems a refurbishment is required.

I found the staff very friendly. The location is also superb for reaching everything, including the pier. I particularly appreciated the sauna and swimming pool. Breakfast was perfect. There was a choice of everything from English breakfast to continental and more.
The soundproofing was not the best. I could hear some noise from the street.
